Apple Watch is still the preferred wristwatch for iPhone owners. Still, unless you require additional capabilities on the Apple Watch Series 8, the previous-generation Series 7 is a desirable wearable—when you can get one. Fortunately, it is available at Walmart for $329 in the 45mm LTE variant, which is $200 less than its newer equivalent usually costs.
The Series 7 and the more recent Series 8 are similar in specifications. It offers superior dust resistance compared to its predecessor, a bigger display, all the typical fitness tracking stats, and watchOS 9 compatibility.

Menstrual tracking and crash detection, two features exclusive to the Series 8, are not provided. But, the previous generation model is still more than adequate if you can go without them.
