SAP CEO: generative AI has significant growth potential.

SAP (SAPG.DE) CEO Christian Klein told Handelsblatt on Wednesday that generative AI technology had significant development potential.

SAP serves $500 billion. Generative AI will boost potential. “SAP’s growth is driven by this development,” he remarked.

Klein mentioned human resources. “In the future, the system should be able to configure itself and automate work steps,” he said.

The SAP CEO also suggested that generative AI could manage business appointments.

SAP said in mid-May that it would work with Microsoft (MSFT.O) on generative AI recruiting projects.
