Telecom Italia (TLIT.MI) may sell a minority stake in its enterprise segment for over 6 billion euros ($6.6 billion), Bloomberg News reported.

Bloomberg said that CEO Pietro Labriola sent invitation letters to possible investors earlier this month to decrease its 30 billion euros ($33 billion) gross debt.

Telecom Italia declined Reuters’ request for comment.

The enterprise service subsidiary sold a minority share last year. Cloud, cybersecurity, and IoT are the phone group’s enterprise businesses.

Last year, the telecom company’s enterprise segment rejected CVC Capital Partners’ nonbinding offer of up to 49%.
