Christopher Ward has unveiled its latest GMT watch with the launch of the C60 Clipper GMT, created in collaboration with Pan Am. The release draws on the legacy of the Rolex GMT-Master II, particularly the iconic red-and-blue “Pepsi” model developed with Pan Am Airways in the 1950s to help pilots track multiple time zones.
More than 70 years later, Christopher Ward has revisited that aviation heritage with a limited-edition piece that feels closer to classic GMT design than anything the brand has produced before.

The C60 Clipper GMT is housed in a 42mm stainless steel case and powered by a Sellita SW330-2 movement. The automatic calibre offers a 56-hour power reserve and operates at a 4Hz beat rate.
The dial comes in an off-white, eggshell tone, paired with yellow-tinted hour markers that give it a distinctly retro look. Surrounding the dial is a rehaut finished in Christopher Ward’s signature red and blue colours. An aluminium bezel in a matching blue shade frames the watch and is engraved with airport codes representing key locations around the world.

Some of the locations have specific meaning. Dallas is used for GMT-6, reflecting its importance as a major Pan Am hub and the location of Christopher Ward’s first US showroom. Key West appears at GMT-5, marking the site of Pan Am’s first-ever flight in 1927.
The bezel also allows the watch to function as a worldtimer. By aligning the bezel notch with GMT+0, wearers can read local times around the world directly from the airport codes.
The C60 Clipper GMT is priced at £1,450, €1,895 or US$1,995 (approximately AU$2,850) and is limited to 707 pieces worldwide.
