Bitcoin increases 5.1% to $28,211.

Bitcoin’s price increased by 5.1% on Tuesday, reaching $28,211 at 20:49 GMT, an increase of $1,369 from its previous close.

Bitcoin, the world’s largest and most well-known cryptocurrency, has seen its value increase by 71% since hitting a low of $16,496 on January 1.

On Tuesday, the price of ether, the cryptocurrency tied to the Ethereum blockchain network, increased by 2.98% to reach $1,788.6, adding $51.8 to its previous closing price.
