Every Video Game Being Released In August And Which Ones Not To Miss

Summer is winding down and before it’s over August will come an entirely new lineup of video game releases. A list of the know video games has been released, and in that list are some of the most anticipated video games that gamers have been waiting for. The list includes games with many different genres and all of the current top platforms, Nintendo Switch, to PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Some of the games are new releases, some are re-releases, some are platform exclusives, and some are cross-platform. The full list is:

The main games that may stand out the gamers so far have been, Ark: Survival Evolved which many gamers have been waiting for since its Early Access debut. The game is similar to that of Far Cry: Primal with the time period dating back a little further to when dinosaurs still walked the Earth, but with the same concept of an open-world survival game. Uncharted: Lost Legacy the stand-alone expansion to Uncharted 4, where instead of playing as Nathan Drake, you will instead play as two new female protagonists, and Naughty Dog promises that we won’t be disappointed. Sonic Mania, our favorite speedy blue hedgehog is back in his younger years, in this game players will be to replay all of Sonic’s classic adventures from various platforms like Sega Genesis, the game is the perfect piece of nostalgia for older Sonic fans who want to relive their childhood running alongside the speedy hedgehog. Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle is one of the most anticipated games coming to the Nintendo Switch where players will be able to play as both Mario and the other characters of the Mushroom Kingdom as well as the Rabbids to help save the kingdom from being destroyed. Lastly one of the biggest games gamers have been waiting for since its announcement is Life Is Strange: Before The Storm, the prequel to the extremely popular episodic adventure video game Life Is Strange tells the story before Max got her powers and the storm came to Arcadia Bay. Players will be able to play as Chloe the best friend of Max and explore Arcadia Bay through her eyes. Now you’ve read the list, which games are you most excited for?
