On Monday, German software giant SAP (SAPG.DE) announced it would expand its partnership with software giant Microsoft (MSFT.O) to work on joint generative AI initiatives in staff recruitment.

It was also mentioned that SAP’s SuccessFactors solutions could access language models and generate natural language through integration with Microsoft’s 365 Copilot and Azure OpenAI Service.

“We are very excited about the opportunities generative AI unfolds for our industry and our customers,” Christian Klein, CEO of SAP, stated.

Late in April, Klein announced that the company would incorporate OpenAI’s ChatGPT, which Microsoft supports.
