Huawei P40 Pro will introduce curved design and better camera

As the date of the Huawei P40 Pro approaches, wild rumors are going on regarding the phone. The mobile giant held an under-wraps session in which the experts revealed the camera and design highlights. One thing that we know for sure is that the P40 series phones are going to take on the Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra. Moreover, the company has introduced a new sensor, along with an upgraded telephoto camera with a zoom lens.  

Ever since the release of Huawei P8, the company has been working hard on the colors, materials, and design. The P40 Pro isn’t an exception, and the experts have confirmed that the phone will use the kind of materials that haven’t been seen in a smartphone before.  

One certain thing is that the device will be more curved than expected. Moreover, the device will be curved at the top and bottom of the screen, which gives it a pebble-like appearance.  

We can also confirm that the Huawei P40 Pro won’t feature a headphone jack. Moreover, it won’t have a tactile speaker griller and has a rectangular camera block in the back. The body will be either glass or ceramic.  

Now, let’s look at the camera of Huawei P40. According to Huawei, the P series is all about photography. The company states, “With each member of the P family, we take the technology and advance it to the next level.” Huawei claims that the new phone will set new records” Although we aren’t sure about the zoom quality, we are confident that the phone will have periscope zoom.

Just like Samsung and Oppo, Huawei hasn’t disclosed the focal lengths of their 2020 phone cameras. They are focusing on the result of hybrid zooms by combining the digital and optical zoom. The company states, “An eagle can spot its prey from quite a distance. Just like that, we are focusing on clarity and resolution. We plan to introduce the next generation of zooming capabilities.”  

You won’t have to wait a long time for the specifics and the information about the battery and specs. The phone is going to launch on the 26th of March. However, it will only be an online event. The company canceled the launch ceremony due to coronavirus.
