New York Comic Con 2025 drew more than 250,000 attendees to the Javits Center over four days, October 9 to 12. New York City Tourism + Conventions estimates the show added about $35 million to the city’s economy.
The biggest panels
Streaming and TV studios dominated the main stages with trailers and first looks. Shows on the schedule included:

Stars on hand included James McAvoy, Elliot Page, Sigourney Weaver, Simu Liu, Laurence Fishburne and Bryce Dallas Howard. Avatar: The Last Airbender marked its 20th anniversary with a voice cast spotlight.
Comics highlights
Post Malone appeared on a panel for his comic Big Rig. Ronda Rousey spotlighted her debut graphic novel, Expecting the Unexpected, with publisher AWA. Marvel and DC both packed rooms with their Spider-Man and Gotham City panels.
The show floor
More than 650 exhibitors sold merch, including Funko, Bandai, Marvel, Penguin Random House, Scholastic, Capcom and Webtoon. Artist Alley hosted over 500 creators, among them George R.R. Martin, J. Scott Campbell, Jeph Loeb, Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo.

The Cosplay Central Crown Championships qualifier took place on October 11.
