On Thursday, Spotify Technology (SPOT.N) said it looked into claims that the website was down for thousands of users.

According to Downdetector, which monitors outages by compiling status updates from various sources, including user-submitted faults on its site, over 15,000 individuals have reported troubles with Spotify.

Many Twitter users posted status updates on the outage there.

Has Spotify gone down once more? I can’t get pumped up for work without my music, tweeted one person.

Downdetector reports that earlier this month, the firm had a temporary outage that affected more than 20,000 individuals in the United States and more than 8,000 people in the United Kingdom.

In April, Spotify’s monthly active users surpassed the 500 million mark.
