Next week is Coachella, and starting Monday, YouTube will offer six streams of the festival simultaneously for both weekends if you want to watch it at home. So the number of live feeds is double the three you could watch at once the previous year.
I predict there will be plenty of fantastic concerts to watch on YouTube throughout the weekend because this year’s Coachella program is rather strong. I’ll try to tune in all weekend since I’m particularly excited to see performances from Gorillaz, Wet Leg, Boygenius, Björk, and the mysterious Frank Ocean.
Nevertheless, YouTube only guarantees that “highlights” from “many of the weekend’s performances” will be made available on demand later, so if you want to witness a show, you should try your best to catch it live.
The festival’s opening day is April 14th, and live feeds begin at 7 PM ET / 4 PM PT each day.
